At Arcane Industries, we believe that the future of American manufacturing starts with education, exposure, and opportunity. That’s why we’re proud to offer a hands-on internship program and open our doors to local students interested in exploring careers in engineering, plastics, and advanced manufacturing.
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming an engineering class from a nearby high school to tour our Wichita, KS facility. These students are part of a growing wave of young talent who are passionate about problem-solving, design, and real-world applications of STEM education. During the visit, students were able to see firsthand how injection molding works—from design to tooling to production. Our team guided them through each stage of the process and answered thoughtful questions about everything from material selection to quality control.
For many of these students, it was their first time seeing a manufacturing facility in action. The energy was contagious, and we were just as inspired by their curiosity and engagement as they were by the experience.
This visit is part of our broader effort to create pathways into the industry through internships and workforce development initiatives. Our internship program gives students a unique opportunity to learn alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on training, and explore a potential career path in manufacturing. Whether it's in quality assurance, engineering, or production, we want to equip the next generation with real-world skills that matter.
We know that today’s students are tomorrow’s innovators—and we’re proud to be part of that journey.
